The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is looking for a Director of Sales to lead their rockstar team of group sellers! Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience leading a Sales team in large (ideally big-box) full-service property.
The goal of the Director of Sales is to oversee, stimulate, guide, and support the Group Sales, Catering and Conference Services Department to maximize overall revenues; maintain positive interdepartmental communications; contribute to the overall direction and operation of the hotel and to effectively control and minimize all marketing expenses while exceeding overall budgeted revenues and occupancy.
