The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurant outlets at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining culinary standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. While Neighborhood Services Restaurant + Bar is the primary focus, the Manager may also be asked to support other outlets throughout the hotel as needed. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive team culture, a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the dining experience, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role will cover both AM and PM shifts as needed, as the outlets are open for all 3 meal periods, 7 days per week.
*This position is a full-time, on-site position with no work from home flexibility.
