Job Description

To manage the strategy and execution of the Real Estate marketing plan. Communicate all aspects of Amelia Island Real Estate Services through print, digital, social media and other marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of Real Estate marketing budget, annual plan and update progress monthly
  • Manage full scope monthly marketing content calendar tracking spend, deadlines and actionable items
  • Manage the production of listing marketing materials on a timely basis including writing copy, selecting and editing images
  • Design and produce listing brochures and/or for standard and high-end listings
  • Website content management via CMS tool
  • Manage listings and content on mobile app: Amelia RE
  • Assist in overseeing updates in both MLS systems.
  • Social media management: create and execute social media content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube Channel
  • Produce and manage marketing mailings to include quarterly postcards, “Just Listed / Just Sold” postcards, event invitations, etc.
  • Manage online listings, monitor and process invoices –Realtor.com, Zillow, Leading RE, TheRealEstateBook.com, and others.
  • Manage print media, place insertion orders and track materials deadlines for timely submissions, process invoices – Amelia Now, Amelia Islander, Homes & Land/The Real Estate Book, and others.
  • Manage digital ad placements – Zillow, Realtor, paid social/boosted posts
  • Manage, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns
  • Research and write real estate blogs and manage others’ contributions to the Real Estate blog
  • Oversee and ensure availability of all printed marketing materials in office and at the front desk
  • Assist in providing office coverage on weekends and/or remotely on an as needed basis.
  • Produce weekly/monthly/annual “new contact” and Lead Generation/Conversion Rate analysis report
  • Conduct regular audits of websites and images to ensure accuracy and relevancy
  • Ensure the communication and marketing efforts are aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor, measure and analyze campaign performance metrics and online activity data

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive written and verbal skills associated with this position.
  • Must be able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished, oral, or diagrammatic form.
  • Must deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company associates.
  • Experience with large complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of customer and real estate market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team.
