The Human Resources Leader in Development will support the Vice President of People & Culture and Corporate Directors of Human Resources in the corporate office. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, coordinating HR initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication within the HR function.
Additionally, this role will participate in the Human Resources Leader in Development (LID) Program, a structured career development initiative designed to provide hands-on HR experience, leadership training, and exposure to various HR functions across the hotel organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively support the HR team in delivering an exceptional associate experience.
This position is based in Dallas, TX at the Omni Corporate Office.
