Job Description

The Creative & Social Media Manager will lead the resort's visual storytelling and digital engagement strategies. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for hospitality marketing, responsible for managing social media channels, overseeing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

 

  • Social Media Strategy & Management:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan, creating engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.​
  • Content Creation & Visual Asset Management:
    Produce high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to showcase resort offerings. Manage and organize digital assets for use across marketing channels.​
  • Influencer & Partnership Coordination:
    Identify and collaborate with social media influencers and local partners to promote the resort, managing contracts and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.​
  • Event Promotion & Coverage:
    Coordinate marketing efforts for resort events, capturing and sharing content to drive attendance and engagement.​
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    Work closely with departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage, and Spa to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent messaging.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and SEO best practices.​

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel around the property for content creation and event support.​
