Job Description

At Omni Severin, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences — from elegant weddings to standout corporate events. As our Catering Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing those events to life by building strong client relationships, curating standout event details, and ensuring every experience reflects the quality and charm our hotel is known for.This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and confident leading the sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Prospect, sell, and manage both social and corporate catering events

  • ✍️ Negotiate contracts, plan event details, and serve as the main point of contact for your clients

  • 📋 Draft clear Banquet Event Orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution

  • 🌟 Partner with vendors (A/V, florals, entertainment, etc.) to elevate the guest experience

  • 🧩 Ensure all events meet revenue goals, food & beverage minimums, and cancellation terms

  • 📈 Maintain and grow your pipeline in Salesforce FDC, focusing on repeat business and new prospects

  • 💬 Be on-site for key moments during events, providing support and maintaining a strong client presence

  • 🔍 Stay up to date on market trends and opportunities in the social and corporate event space

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, events, or sales

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • A detail-oriented, organized approach to managing multiple priorities

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed

  • Bonus: Experience with Opera or Delphi FDC

  • Bonus: Background working with citywide groups or large-scale events
