Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that elevate the Omni Dallas Hotel’s brand image, increase awareness, and support overall business growth. This role will also lead the creation and execution of brand partnerships, curating unique experiences within the hotel that align with the brand’s identity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative storyteller, capable of bringing the Omni Dallas Hotel brand to life through compelling narratives that achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). This person will manage both internal and external branding initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive brand engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain brand equity by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all customer and associate touchpoints.
  • Identify, develop, and manage brand partnerships to enhance the hotel’s presence and guest experience.
  • Design and execute immersive brand and Signature experiences that support key marketing campaigns, food & beverage and spa initiatives.
  • Develop and lead internal branding initiatives aimed at driving customer brand awareness and generating incremental revenue.
  • Oversee all building lighting requests, ensuring alignment with brand standards and special events.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on major capital projects, providing creative direction and brand oversight for property refreshes or rebranding efforts.

Qualifications

  • College Degree (BS/BA). Marketing, Communications, Hospitality
  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing and development
  • Vendor, Partnership management and contract negotiation experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to connect and influence
  • Possesses superior copywriting and editing skills and understands appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation rules.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry a plus.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task.
  • Supports the brand’s defined voice and tone. 
  • Highly proficient in all MS Office products, Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator, Canva, Dropbox and Digital Asset Management Tools
