Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and direct bookings for the hotel. This role plays a key part in enhancing the hotel’s online presence across all digital channels, including websites and emails etc.

 

Working closely with rest of the Marketing team including, Revenue, Sales, Catering, Spa and Food and Beverage, the Digital Marketing Manager ensures cohesive messaging and a seamless customer journey across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, digital trends, and performance-driven marketing.

 

Key responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, overseeing the hotel’s website content and performance, developing email marketing strategies, optimizing online listings, and analyzing data to inform decisions. This role also manages agency relationships and ensures all digital efforts align with brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Hotels e-commerce strategy through all online marketing efforts including traffic and revenue programs via SEO, SEM, email, display and other online mechanisms. 
  • Measure key performance metrics in Google Analytics and other available tools to identify trends and areas of opportunities by the customer behavior and geo data. 
  • Provide key stakeholders with monthly reporting summaries using GA4, Digital Scorecards and Vendor reports. 
  • Focus on increasing web direct share and brand.com distribution.
  • Manage all digital channels including Omnidallas.com, landing sites, partner websites such as Visit Dallas, Expedia, Booking.com, open table, yelp etc. 
  • Manage all Google Business listings on a hotel level including outlets and spa. 
  • Own online travel agencies and partners with Revenue management and Sales on overall digital strategies.  
  • Review, assess and manage content and imagery on all digital channels, along with partner websites etc. 
  • Participating in Corporate digital marketing calls to learn and discuss current trends, current and upcoming campaign initiatives, best practices etc.
  • Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets in supporting the hotels short-term and long-term strategies.   

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic campaign planning and multi-channel oversight.
  • Strong understanding of digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
  • Certified or demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), with experience using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
  • Experience planning, launching and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights and translate findings into strategic actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality or travel marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, creative teams, and agency relationships.
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports or dotted-line contributors.
  • Team-building skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • Ability to influence across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
