Omni Atlanta Hotel is looking for a HR Manager with to join the Human Resources Team!
Conduct all pre-screening of line level applicants.
Create and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate news media with EOE,M/F/D/V
Ensure MVR policy is adhered to for all positions that require an MVR.
Ensure the Drug Testing Policy is adhered to for positions that require drug testing.
Ensure completion of I-9 forms- Ensuring all pertienent information is correctly entered into ULTIPRO under the I-9 section
Develop networking contacts within the local community.
Immigration Law and Corporate Policies followed. Ensuring all documentation is up to date
Develop and maintain the open position report-make sure it is posted weekly or as needed
Maintain job requisition and associated logs.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
Manage all leave of absences.
Ensure monthly turnover dashboard is completed.
Attend local job and college career fairs
Conduct exit interviews for all terminating associates and ensures final clearance and pay check distribution
Participate in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource Department
Conduct 45-day stay interviews for associates that have been employed for 45-days.
Any other duties requested by manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 2-4 years experience recruiting line level associates
• Human Resources management experience preferred (training, benefits, recruiting...)
• Hotel experience strongly preferred
• Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience working with different agencies and recruiters preferred
