Job Description

To ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel. To deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and Omni company policies and procedures. The F&B Outlets Manager is a supporting role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. This role requires flexibility, as this F&B Manager will rotate between different outlets based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, coffee shops and in-room dining services.
    • Ensure each outlet is operating efficiently, meeting guest satisfaction goals, and adhering to brand standards.
    • Collaborate with outlet managers and supervisors to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Staff Leadership & Development:
    • Provide leadership and support to outlet managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance service quality, product knowledge, and team performance in accordance with Omni Certification and training requirements.
    • Assist with recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations for outlet staff.
    • Promote and model the Omni Culture through regular ATGT meetings, participation in Omni Service Champion program, Power of Engagement, New Hire Orientation and other cultural activities.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Maintain a strong presence in each outlet to ensure high levels of guest interaction and service delivery.
    • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution to maintain satisfaction.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience through service innovation and personalized touches.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and manage the financial performance of each outlet, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
    • Implement strategies to drive revenue and control costs, ensuring all outlets meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
    • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food, beverages, and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple outlets or large-scale food and beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, MICROS, or similar systems).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
