Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly analytical and technical OneStream Administrator for the Financial Planning & Analysis discipline. The primary function of this position is to provide timely support for the OneStream platform to Finance and Operations teams, ensuring accurate and on-time planning and reporting of financial data. This role offers training and guidance to the OneStream user base, provides feedback for corrections, and facilitates knowledge transfer to improve data quality, standardize processes, and enhance analysis. Lead the creation of training documentation and deliver live training sessions to support continuous user education. Additionally, assist with ongoing system enhancements and maintenance to maximize the value and effectiveness of OneStream.
This position is located in Dallas, TX at the Corporate Office.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance and administration of OneStream through internal ticketing system
• Provide timely and accurate training to the OneStream user base (both written and verbal)
• Assist with the build, rollout, and training of new modules
• Understand custom business rules, data management jobs, data sources/integrations, transformation rules, and workflow profiles to complete effective troubleshooting of issues
• Collaborate with various divisions throughout the company on metadata management
• Support enterprise-wide users with data changes for monthly actuals, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans within defined timelines and requirements
• Develop and build out the reporting infrastructure within the FP&A domain to support forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
• Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards and management reports through integration of operational data
• Perform data loads and validations from source systems
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users, including documentation, live sessions, and one-on-one support to ensure effective adoption of OneStream tools
• Be proactive in identifying and recommending system improvements based upon user feedback
• Assist business leads in defining test plans and test scripts to be used in IT and business user testing
• Open OneStream support cases and interact with the OneStream support team when needed
• Troubleshoot system errors and document consistent problems for future enhancements
• Follow IT change management, incident management, and problem management policies and procedures
• Refresh development environments as needed
• 1+ years supporting a OneStream application
• OneStream Certification, such as a Certified Associate in Administration credential preferred
• Experience supporting the financial forecasting process within OneStream, including data loads, scenario modeling, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Cube Views, Quick Views, and Books for reporting and analysis
• Hands-on expertise with the OneStream Excel Add-In for data retrieval, ad hoc analysis, and report development
• Knowledge of Parcel Services for automating report distribution and scheduled processes
• Proven ability to design training guides and provide live instruction, complemented by personalized user support
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize and track concurrent projects and deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in OneStream
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with various business users and stakeholders
• Experience with narrative reporting, TXM, and RCM are pluses
