Ensures Omni culture and operational standards are maintained through audits, training and development for all Operations departments
Equipment Utilized:
· Computer and printer, telephone, pen/pencil, copier, file folders, filing cabinet, television and video/DVD player, flip charts, and LCD projector.
Working Environment:
· Exterior of hotel with exposure to various weather conditions.
· Interior of hotel in normal office conditions.
Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only)
Mobility:
o 75% of day spent around the hotel conducting audits and observing service, providing feedback, maintaining employee relations, attending/facilitating meetings, accessing copier/printer
· Continuous Standing:
o Varies, dependent upon type of activity
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications:
o Minimum two-year degree from an accredited university in a related major or equivalent experience.
o Training Certification is a strong plus, with emphasis on luxury service, Four Diamond or Five Diamond, or Forbes 4- or 5-star training.
o Ability to dissect information and offer solutions to identified opportunities.
o Effective organizational skills and managerial courage to collaborate at a senior level in the organization.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a leadership training role, preferably within a Four Diamond or higher hotel or resort
o Strong platform skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
o Excellent computer skills including Excel, Power Point, Word, and other programs.
o Broad understanding of the hotel operations, systems, and procedures.
