The Omni Hotels & Resorts Reservations Center HR Recruitment Manager will lead recruitment efforts and help create, coordinate and deliver training for the Omaha Central Reservations Center and the companywide Work From Home (“WFH”) Reservations program. This position will collaborate closely with the Omaha, Dallas and Atlanta offices to ensure effective and consistent content delivery of training and deliver HR-related content at the Dallas/Atlanta-based training classes. This position will take the lead in all recruitment efforts and work closely with the field, Omaha and Dallas/Atlanta Associates to ensure a streamlined and effective screening, interviewing and hiring effort while meeting Omni’s goals for placing talent. This position is also responsible for creating and implementing development programs for all levels of leaders and associates that support the Reservation Center’s succession planning objectives and fosters a highly effective and engaged culture.
