Job Description

Alpine Ticket Manager will be responsible for supervision of the daily operation of all aspects of ticket office services including ticket sales, season pass sales and service, ticket checking, and other visitor services including season locker rentals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling ticket/pass office and ticket sales associates.
  • Responsible for training other Resort outlets in ticket/season pass sales and administration.
  • Responsible for the Administration/generation of the Junior Season Pass Program.
  • Frequently assists guests in resolving queries regarding all aspects of ticket/season pass sales.
  • Responsible for overseeing the validation process of all tickets and season passes via handheld scanners and RTP computer system.
  • Administers daily ticket sales using ticket computer system.
  • Administers daily computer system opening and closing in RTP station.
  • Administers daily closing cash outs and balancing end of day deposits.
  • Assists with building and maintaining of ticket and pass products within RTP system.
  • Work in conjunction with the Guest Services Supervisor with scheduling, and policies & procedures.
  • Provide financial reporting for Tickets and Passes.
  • Attend Monthly Managers Trainings
  • Attend Weekly Operations Meeting
  • Attend Daily Morning Ski Area Stand-up
  • Other duties as assigned by Skier Services Director

Qualifications

Working Environment:

  • Subject to working in a crowded, fast paced environment, long periods of walking and standing, indoor and outdoor, with adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RTP preferred.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
