Job Description

To ensure the highest level of Food and Beverage service in the Food & Beverage Outlet. The Outlet Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while meeting Omni Standards in our Food and Beverage Outlets. Marketing the Restaurant to drive both revenue and guest satisfaction.  Responsible for maintaining Omni’s high guest service standards by consistently providing efficient, friendly and professional service while interacting with Hotel guests on a daily basis to increase awareness of offerings in the outlet.


  • Create successful marketing campaigns to internal and external guests driving revenue.
  • Understand Omni Beverage Standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge of:
  • All Hotel features/services, hours of operation.
  • All Hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance.
  • Daily housecount and expected arrivals/departures (particularly V.I.P.'s).
  • Scheduled daily group activities, names and location of meeting/banquet rooms.
  • Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all Hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously. Follow up with designated Hotel personnel to ensure completion of request.
  • Assist in properly training staff to execute Omni service standards.
  • Accurately communicate new menu items and promotions to staff.
  • Communicate with guests and solicit their feedback, address issues as needed.
  • Observe staff interactions with guests; train and correct staff as needed.
  • Review and understand financial information.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all technical equipment to fully utilize its capabilities and to ensure proper safety.
  • Primary point of contact for all event bookings in the outlet.
  • Manage with monthly Beverage inventory as directed.
  • Accurately maintain a cash bank.
  • Interact with other departments as needed to ensure guest needs are satisfied.


Must be at least 18 years of age (alcohol service).
Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability and willingness to maintain a current Food Handlers and TIPS certification.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English with guests, vendors and staff is required.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations (cash handling) is required.
Keen attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills are required.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor is required.
Previous food and beverage experience is required.
Previous marketing experience is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
