The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all hourly openings across the resort property. In conjunction with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Manager will be responsible to ensure all processes and policies are adhered to, and followed, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and operate more efficiently. The Talent Acquisition Manager will additionally work together with the resort Training Manager to ensure orientations for all newly hired associates are scheduled in a timely-manner. Supports the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources with other aspects and functions of the department in accordance with Hotel standards.
