    Job Description

    To partner with sales and marketing leaders to actively support the facilitation of Omni Hotels & Resorts sales culture, that sustainably enhances organizational and people capabilities towards achievement of business goals.


    • Participates in succession planning activities, including work with business partners at all levels of the sales organization to set objectives, coordinate succession planning data, facilitate talent review discussions and guide bench development programs.
    • Creates, implements and supports programs in the area of on-boarding, performance achievement, leadership development and engagement surveys.
    • Understands the business strategies, goals, objectives and sales production performance
    • Monitors sales and marketing turnover across the brand. Actively reports out trends and collaborates retention strategies.
    • Partners with internal stakeholders to design and facilitate Omni Hotels & Resorts sales training.
    • Functions as the primary learning and development relationship manager and point of contact with assigned business leaders. Partners with the internal meetings department, third party training resources and sales and marketing leadership to seamlessly and efficiently meet the learning, development and people performance needs of the sales and marketing discipline.
    • Continually conducts and monitors applicable needs assessment of the sales learning and talent development current state and recommends potential solutions to meet those needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the contribution of programs towards the achievement of stated business objectives.
    • Project manages all phases of learning, development and performance enhancement programs.
    • Documents the expected outcomes of learning and development programs, measures the true outcomes and reports findings and improvement recommendations.


    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
    • Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources or similar required, preferably in talent development within the hospitality industry.
    • Experience with learning management systems and performance management process preferred.
    • Knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior and the principles of organizational development.
    • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
    • Proficient in Power Point presentation development and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Some travel will be required - up to 10%.
