    Job Description

    To manage the cross-functional implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software platform.  The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Omni and the external vendor. This position requires excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and relationship management skills.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact between Omni and the vendor implementation team
    • Manage project timeline including key milestones
    • Deliver consistent and timely communications regarding project status updates
    • Identify required Omni resources from various departments (primarily IT, Marketing and Operations) and, in advance, set expectations as to the time required and hold accountable to deadlines
    • Coordinate and document weekly status calls
    • Identify key decision points and ensure necessary actions are completed to maintain timelines
    • Serve a liaison between CRM vendor and other Omni vendors as needed
    • Facilitate documentation and execution of a defined testing plan
    • Encourage and maintain open and clear communication, rapport, and cooperation with all parties


    • Intermediate understanding of CRM and the utilization of data to impact the Guest experience
    • Intermediate understanding of Omni ORS and DataMart environments
    • Intermediate understanding of marketing/email communication strategy and execution
    • Ability to lead a project with multiple elements
    • Ability to communicate well to large groups of people
    • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
    • Ability to understand issues to bring correct resources together
    • Hospitality industry experience a plus
