    Job Description

    To support properties with all aspects of rooms division standards.  This position requires excellent organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.


    • Create, develop and implement of front office, guest services, housekeeping, and loyalty standard operating procedures
    • Analyze and provide feedback to hotels regarding: Rooms division financials, Medallia trends, JD Power scores, Synergy usage
    • Building effective teams by coordinating hotel task force needs including: Hotel openings, Hotel acquisitions, Special events, Open positions, Additional training
    • Conduct property visits to review rooms division standard operating procedures including Moments of Service, Guest Engagement meetings, Select Guest execution, etc.
    • Facilitate communication between operations, IT, procurement, marketing, and other departments to ensure clear and concise directives are properly conveyed and executable
    • Facilitate ongoing training regarding Moments of Service, Select Guest / GHA Discovery, Medallia, & Power of Engagement
    • Ongoing development of rooms division managers and Leaders in Development
    • Sizing up people to assist in identifying internal / external candidates for open rooms division positions  
    • Assist on projects with multiple elements


    • Extensive knowledge of operations standards, Opera property management systems (OPMS), Opera reservations system (ORS), Medallia, Synergy, GoConcierge, etc.
    • Thorough understanding of Omni Culture
    • Thorough understanding of Omni’s key service components
    • Ability to communicate well to large groups of people
    • Must have effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to establish and retain vendor relationships
    • Must be flexible in travel, working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
    • Expected travel 75% of time
