    Job Description

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing online sales in our digital channels. This includes driving qualified traffic to our sites as well as maintaining strategic content and landing pages on our websites. This position will create digital strategies and content recommendation by identifying, researching and analyzing potential opportunities for growth. This role will work with many cross-functional partners to execute strategies, investigate issues, share insights and solve problems, so collaboration and communication are critical for this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Selects and coordinates the execution of paid and/or digital acquisition tactics through approved agencies and partners (ex: SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Social, etc.)
    • Ensures all decisions for online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars and business needs
    • Maintains local search databases and content distribution platforms
    • Works with our properties to create, develop and maintain content to drive organic traffic to web sites
    • Creates superior levels of quality content; style and usage consistent with standard principles of web content and corporate brand guidelines
    • Conducts analytic deep-dives of critical business issues that impact performance and translate the findings into actionable plans
    • Daily observation of business performance to identify risks, new opportunities and industry trends
    • Responsible for agency management to ensure campaigns are delivering on desired KPIs and stays on budget

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent background
    • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, content marketing and/or analytics
    • Comfortable with pulling and manipulating data using web analytics tools such as, Google Analytics
    • Results driven individual
    • Strong knowledge and passion for the digital and online space
    • Demonstrated ability to use the results of analysis to make effective strategic decisions and recommendations 
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
    • Content Management System (CMS) knowledge is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
