    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing the corporate recruitment function. Work with Executives and Hiring Managers to build effective candidate pipelines to fill corporate based positions. 


    • Responsible for the hiring of outstanding team members and leaders in the corporate office and global sales and alongside the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development
    • Develop most effective use of technology platforms: LinkedIn, iCIMS, Facebook and other industry specific applications.
    • Own the iCIMS (ATS) automated candidate database for company. Train all new human resources members/users on iCIMS. Enhance current user skills on a quarterly basis.
    • Maintain weekly open position report and distribute to all appropriate executives
    • Represent Omni Hotels at Industry functions to insure maximum exposure of Omni Hotels as an employer of choice.
    • Provide recruiting related updates to companywide human resources teams on monthly trainings
    • Ensure employment process is executed, including pre-employment background checks, references and new hire paperwork
    • Drives compliance by supporting consistency in practice of policies and procedures
    • Assists in OFCCP companywide audit
    • Understand company policies and procedures in order to assist with questions from the hotels. Update Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and Vice President of Human Resources


    • 2+ years of previous human resources and/or recruiting experience is preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or Business Administration 
    • Excellent communicator with strong written, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to interact effectively and connect at all levels of the organization
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience a plus
    • Experience in utilizing technology to obtain results sourcing candidates and marketing job opportunities through social media platforms
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Team player who is also able to work well independently
    • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
    • Professional demeanor – extroverted and sales oriented
    • Ability to multitask and work as a productive team member
