    Job Description

    Responsible for overall Management of All Outlets daily operations, financial statement, and staff (to include assistant Manager and Supervisors)


    • Responsible for overall Management of All Outlets daily operations, payroll, scheduling and staff training.
    • Responsible for assigned shifts daily responsibilities for operation of the outlets and manager closing paperwork.
    • Know, understand and enforce Omni’s Service Standards 
    • Responsible for understanding and managing financial statement for outlet Departments, to include: forecasting,  payroll, revenues and direct expenses.
    • Ordering supplies for department.
    • Upholding Local Liquor laws and Omni Brand Standards.
    • Holding daily department pre-meal meetings.
    • Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain condition of all outlets pertaining to cleanliness, correcting damage, equipment issues.
    • Responsible for hiring employees, training and corrective actions.
    • Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.
    • Must know emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents.


    ·  2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management role.

    ·  Must have the ability to manage deadlines.

    ·  Understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is preferred.

    ·  General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    ·  Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills.

    ·  Must be Food Handler and TABC certified.

    ·  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
