To consistently insure the maximumguest information in the restaurant.Supervision of floor durning operation. Handle all complaints to the guest satisfaction.Assist in seating or service of guest as necessary.Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.Monitor productivity of service staff. Bar and dinig room security.Monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the food product.Know emergency procedures (including CPR) and work to prevent accidents. Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws. Understand and perform the scheduling of department associates. Explain and administer the department payroll. Perform any and all other duties assigned and /or required by management.
The prime candidate will be a highly motivated hospitality professional. A college degree and fine dinning management experience is a plus.
