    This luxurious Omni property, which opened it's doors on March 6, 2018, is located in the heart of Downtown Louisville and designed with intersecting towers that represent the crossroads of the past, present and future of Louisville.     The hotel will be a prominent landmark against the Louisville skyline, glistening during the day and glowing at night, with the iconic glassy ends of the 612 room hotel. The hotel pool and rooftop bar, designed for seamless indoor and outdoor integration, will allow guests to rest, relax or socialize with spectacular views of the city from above. The essence of Louisville is woven throughout with interior design blends elements of the city’s heritage, culture and character, felt everywhere from the hotel restaurants to a featured bourbon bar to the hotel’s Speakeasy and bowling alley.
    Guests will also enjoy a dynamic 20,000 square foot modern urban lifestyle market connected to the lobby of the hotel.     Job Description

    To ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel. To deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage and Heine Brothers' standards and company policies and procedures.


    • Consistently ensures the maximum guest experience in Heine Brothers'
    • Supervisesthe floor staff during operation
    • Ensures that service personnel follow service scenario
    • Monitors timing of guest experience
    • Handles all guest complaints to the guests’ satisfaction
    • Maintains consistency in the operation
    • Schedules staff according to the needs of the overall hotel operation
    • Familiar with clients so that there is a constant recognition of all repeat guests
    • Maintains the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant
    • Ensures the staff’s uniforms and appearance meet Omni Hotels & Resorts policy and standards
    • Constantly performs positive up-selling techniques with service staff
    • Knows and adheres to all company policies and procedures
    • Knows emergency procedures
    • Performs any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management


    • Must have two or more years of management experience in a similar, high quality Food and Beverage establishment. Coffee shop experience preferred
    • Must have a flexible schedule and is required to work a variety of shifts including morning and evenings, as well as, weekends and holidays
    • Must have experience in budget control, inventory, training of personnel, problem resolution, decision making, and multitasking
