    Job Description

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Corporate Director, Revenue Applications at the Dallas corporate headquarters. This role will focus on strategy, quality assurance, vendor relationships, and revenue management software applications. This crucial role will work closely with the entire revenue management department, providing support in a number of ways. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Revenue Management discipline in Strategy by facilitating Revenue Reviews; assisting with adhoc requests from RVPs/SVPs to look at individual hotel strategies; support the field with new reports and processes to drive RevPAR and ultimately EBIDTA
    • Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership within the organization
    • Assist with Training for the discipline including Conference Planning; conducting WebEx trainings and providing documentation and best practices for the discipline. Assist as needed with training outside the discipline, such as Sales Training, GM Orientation, etc.
    • Oversee quality assurance for the discipline during Central Reservation System (CRS) new version testing
    • Oversee system revenue audits to ensure property strategies and configuration are in place to maximize revenues during both high and low demand periods
    • Represent the discipline during annual RevPAR setting and budget review meetings
    • Primary liaison for the brand with Revenue Management System (RMS) and other revenue applications. Owner of all testing, documentation and training supporting upgrades and any changes. Ensures that Omni Hotels receives maximum benefit and usage of available systems. Responsible for all data feeds supporting and coming from these applications. Manage and oversee all billing and invoices to ensure billing is accurate and timely
    • Work closely with data providers and vendors, such as TravelClick, to ensure Omni Hotels maximizes our return on investment for all products purchased from vendors. Responsible for training, documentation and ongoing maintenance of the tools including applicable data feeds and any necessary troubleshooting. Ensure billing is accurate and timely
    • Oversee ongoing ancillary revenue programs such as MyUpgrade and Dynamic Packaging. Continuously monitor results; partner with operations and challenge hotels to drive for additional revenue opportunities. Work with marketing to continue improvement on communicating and utilizing available functionality
      Project Manage brand initiatives as needed requiring strong relationship building and partnership with other departments

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of ten years of experience in Hospitality Revenue Management and/or Sales
    • Proven Experience driving change and innovating processes
    • Professional Experience working with and coordinating across the organization
    • Professional Experience developing training and effective communications standards both written and verbal
    • Ability to motivate colleagues to achieve established performance metrics
    • An associate degree
    • Proven management experience
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven project management experience
    • Must be able to travel extensively and work periodic nights and weekends based on project need
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
